Terms and conditions

By signing up to a Bond baby massage, baby yoga, pregnancy relaxation course or sound bath event, you are agreeing to the following;

 

 1.Full payment needs to be received to guarantee your place on our course/class.

2. Refunds cannot not be given for any classes missed, or if you decide to withdraw from classes, however, if more than two are missed, classes can be taken at a later date or on an alternative course, space permitting.

3. If you wish to cancel a pre-booked course or session, refund will be at the discretion of Bond Baby Massage, less administration fee of £3. If cancelling with less than 14 days' notice, refunds cannot be given as we need time to fill your place.

4. Avoid attending if you or your baby are ill or has conjunctivitis. Any queries prior to bringing your baby, please get in touch.

5. Bond Baby Massage is operated by a solo instructor and cancellation of a class made by us may be applied at short notice due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. The class will be rescheduled or refund given, where appropriate.

6. A minimum of three confirmed bookings are required to run our courses. If this number is not reached, any confirmed bookings will be offered alternative dates, venue or full refund.

7. If you cannot attend a class, your place cannot be taken by someone else for that week. This is a structured course and the booking is for booking for the whole course.

By signing up to a Bond Hypnobirthing course, you are agreeing to the following;

1. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm your place on your chosen hypnobirthing course.

2. The balance of the course fee must be paid in full at or before the first session of the course.

3. Course fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances.

4. Flexible payment terms must be agreed in advance.

5. In the event of cancellation by a participant prior to the start of the course, the deposit is non-refundable.

6. In the event of cancellation by a participant after one or more sessions of the course have been completed, no refund will be given.

7. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Hypnobirthing teacher, attempts will be made to reschedule.  In respect of one to one courses, if this is not possible or alternative dates cannot be agreed, a refund for the sessions missed will be refunded.  In respect of group courses, if it is not possible for all couples within the group to to agree an alternative date, then provision will be made for individual couples.

8. The refunded fee per session will be calculated as the total fee, after the deduction of the £50 deposit, divided by the number of sessions in the course.

9. No refund will be made for sessions already taken.

10. If for any reason in person courses cannot be taken due to extreme weather or Government guidelines, the course will take place over Zoom.

11. For participants taking a private one to one course, 48 hours notice must be given in changing appointment dates or times.  Where this is not done, the participants will be liable to the session fee calculated as the total fee, after the deduction of the £50 deposit, divided by the number of sessions in the course.  Exceptions may be made in extreme circumstances.

12. Participants take part in Hypnobirthing sessions with the understanding that the content of this course is in no way intended to be taken as medical advice. Participants should seek the advice of a health -care provider to answer any health-related issues surrounding pregnancy, their labour or their birth.

13. Bond baby massage cannot be held responsible for any decisions that you make regarding your pregnancy and birth.

14. Taking a Hypnobirthing course in no way guarantees a certain birth outcome.

15. The resources given to you by Bond baby massage's Hypnobirthing course are for your own personal use and should not be distributed to third parties.
